Q) Can I claim this on my Health Fund?   A) Yes, every Health Fund has their own guidelines, as Therapists we are issued with our own provider numbers, and in most cases that is all a Health Fund needs.

Q) What are your hours of operation?   A) Our work hours are from 7:30am till 8pm, we do understand that alot of peolpe do work from 9am til 5pm. Bookings are essential and we do have a cancellation fee if less than 4 hours notice is given. We have both mobile and clinic services.

Q) Will one massage fix me?   A) One massage will help to make you feel better in the short term. If your body has had time and conditioning to get "out of sorts" it also needs regular therapy and time to get back to a healthier place. Because we are all unique, how many massages you will require will be dependant on what your body needs to get you back to a healthier place.

Q) How often should I have a massage?   A) Initially it is best to have several treatments close together. For example: one massage a week over a four week period is a great starting point. Too many people have one or two massages, feel a bit better and fail to maintain regularity with their treatments. It's exactly at this point  of feeling better  that you should stick with a regular maintenance program that works for you. As you become healthier you shouldn't need them as often, but regular maintenance would help your bodies happier condition.

We recommend to all of our Clients to stay committed and continue to have regular massages. It's about being accoutable for our own bodies and taking action to become healthier.

Q) What are your charges?   A 45 minute Relaxation Massage is $87.00. If you prefer a firmer treatment a 1 hour Remedial Massage Treatment is $ 117.00. We have Specialised Programs with options that are Individually Customised to meet the Unique needs of our clients that want to take their health more seriously.
